BREAKING NEWS! Today, the Federal Court of Appeals ruled against Trump’s administration in terminating DACA . The court stated that the Trump administration did not properly explain its decision to end the program and was, therefore, in violation of Administrative Procedure Act. The APA, was established to regulate procedures for federal agencies to propose and issue regulations.
